This policy explains how MyGuru Skills Private Limited (CIN: U85499HR2026PTC148234), which operates under the brand XGuru, handles personal data collected through xguru.in. It applies to the website, communications sent to us, and careers applications. A fuller product-specific policy will be published before any future XGuru marketplace, account, booking, or class features go live.

Information we collect

What we collect depends on how you interact with us:

• Website use: standard hosting and security logs, and limited analytics information described below.
• Messages: the contact details and information you choose to send by email, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
• Careers applications: your name, email address, phone number, selected role, optional portfolio link, optional PDF resume, and the choices you make about future opportunities or XGuru updates.

Careers applications

Our Careers page does include an application form for candidates who choose to apply. We use this data to verify the applicant's email, assess the application, communicate about the relevant role, manage the recruitment process, prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, and meet any applicable legal obligations. The Candidate Data & Consent notice shown directly in the form is part of this policy for application data. Optional consent for future roles and optional consent for updates are separate from the consent required to process an application.

Security and access

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect careers application data. Access to applicant information is restricted to authorised XGuru personnel with a recruitment need to know. We do not sell application data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain an application record and any resume for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. If you separately ask us to keep your profile on file for future XGuru opportunities, we retain it until you withdraw that consent. Recruitment-related mailbox copies are managed under the same retention process. We may retain limited information where retention is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your careers application by emailing careers@xguru.in. You may also opt out of XGuru updates at any time; choosing not to receive updates does not affect your application. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand website traffic, such as page views, referrers, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Our current analytics do not use cookies or directly identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising trackers or set cookies of our own. Because we do not currently use cookies, there is no cookie preference banner on this site. If we add non-essential cookies or marketing trackers in the future, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate consent choice before activating them.

What's collected automatically

Like any website, basic technical information is generated just by you visiting:

• Standard hosting and security logs (such as IP address, browser/device type, pages requested, and timestamps), used for hosting, security, and abuse prevention.
• Aggregated page-view information, as described above.

If you email or message us

If you reach out via contact@xguru.in, Instagram, or LinkedIn, we'll only use what you send us to reply to you. We don't add you to any mailing list or share it with anyone else.
